Skye Cobby has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as Talent Portfolio Lead in Leasing, Sales & Development and previously as Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Scentre Group since May 2011. At Scentre Group, the focus remains on creating vibrant social and retail destinations for Westfield shopping centres in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this, Skye worked as Principal Consultant at Hamilton James & Bruce, specializing in permanent recruitment, and held the role of Recruitment Consultant at Alliance Recruitment, managing end-to-end recruitment processes in Western Sydney. Skye's earlier experience includes serving as Practice Manager at Sleep Therapy Clinic, overseeing the establishment and management of multiple clinics across major Australian cities. Skye holds a Diploma of Business with a major in HR from TAFE NSW - Randwick Campus.
