With a heart for teamwork and tailgating, Tabb leads the Operations Team as they make, pick, pack and ship Scentsy products around the world.

Self-proclaimed as the proudest Boise State Broncos fan, Tabb directs his enthusiasm and years of entrepreneurial and corporate business experience to overseeing domestic and international operations, regional distribution centers, manufacturing and inventory management.

When Tabb isn’t busy ensuring high operational efficiencies and service standards for Scentsy’s beloved Consultants and customers, he can usually be found with his family at a BSU football or basketball game, cheering on his Broncos.
