Frank Grossenbacher

Frank Grossenbacher is the Head of Production & Procurement at Scewo. Frank has also worked as a Development Engineer at Helbling Technik, a Board Member at Swissloop, and an Intern at Rieter(China) Textile Instruments Co., Ltd. In addition, they have served as a Research Assistant at ETH Zurich on two occasions.

Frank Grossenbacher began their professional career as an intern at Rieter(China) Textile Instruments Co., Ltd. in February 2015. There, they were responsible for the implementation of the CAD/CAM system, 3D modeling of processing machines and machine tools, optimization of travel paths for processing cast parts, and training Chinese process engineers in CAD/CAM.

In February 2017, Frank Grossenbacher became a Board Member at Swissloop. Swissloop is a student project from ETH Zurich that participated in the SpaceX Hyperloop Pod Competition. The team placed first in the Preliminary Design Round and third overall in the Competition.

From September 2018 to March 2019, Frank Grossenbacher worked as a Development Engineer at Helbling Technik. Frank's responsibilities included interning in production technology, location Changzhou (China), implementing the CAD/CAM system, 3D modeling of processing machines and machine tools, and optimization of travel paths for processing cast parts.

Currently, Frank Grossenbacher is the Head of Production & Procurement at Scewo. In this role, they are responsible for leading the procurement team and managing supplier relationships.

Frank Grossenbacher earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zürich. Frank then went on to earn a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zürich.

They are on a team with Maike Neubauer - Product Manager, Zaid Naji - CCO, and Stefan Meier - COO & CFO.
