Mashael Aljalajel

Mashael Aljalajel, MA, CIPD, currently serves as a Senior Psychologist at Intheinner Wellbeing Center, focusing on creating safe environments for individuals to explore and heal from their experiences. In addition, Mashael holds the position of Supervisor Assessment Unit at the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties since September 2023. Previously, Mashael worked for the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs from November 2011 to September 2023, where roles included psychologist and L&D Supervisor, providing guidance and developing training programs on critical skills. Mashael also acted as Section Head of the Clinical Psychology Division, setting objectives and reviewing staff credentials. Furthermore, Mashael was a Senior Recruitment Specialist, training new staff on recruitment processes. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University and a Bachelor of Education in Psychology from King Saud University.
