Samirah Alamri has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Starting in 2005, they worked for the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs (MNG-HA) in various positions such as Director of Clinical Nursing, Director of Nursing Product and Equipment Service, and Director of Clinical Innovation and Excellence/Nursing Transformation Team Leader. Samirah was also a Clinical Nursing Director in the Ambulatory Care Department and a Clinical Nurse Specialist for the Pediatric Department during their time at MNG-HA.
In 2016, Samirah joined the Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI) as a Nurse Surveyor and later became a Core Team Member in the Dental Survey Program and Ambulatory Care. Samirah conducted site visits, performed piloting visits, and facilitated specialized learning programs.
Additionally, they worked as the Neonatal Intensive Care Diploma Director at the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) and a Lecturer at King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences.

Samirah Alamri pursued their education in a chronological order. Samirah first obtained a bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Umm Al-Qura University, completing it from 1996 to 2000. Following this, Samirah attained a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science from King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences, from 2002 to 2005. In 2005, they also obtained the certification of Senior Nurse Specialist from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS). Lastly, Samirah completed their Master's degree in Advanced Practice of Nursing from Griffith University, attending from 2008 to 2009.
