Mike Parise is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at SC&H Group since November 2007, Mike has also held managerial positions and previously excelled as a Sr. Recruiter in Accounting & Finance at Spherion/Mergis Group, consistently ranking in the top 5% for permanent placements. Prior experience includes roles as SEC Reporting Manager at a Small Cap Public Company and Sr. Auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mike Parise holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Mount St. Mary's University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
