Allison Gibson

Allison has done accounting in the HVAC industry since 1995. Her biggest passions are reading, her two pugs (Chuy & Otis), and spending time with her family. She is currently earning her MBA at Drake University and would ultimately like to earn a PhD in Organizational Behavior. She loves the company culture at Schaal, because "... when you walk through these doors, you are family." Allison has an upbeat "can do" attitude: in 2016 Allison won Schaal's "Rookie of the Year" award, in 2018 Allison won Schaal's "Motivation" award, and in 2019 Allison won Schaal's "Motivation" and "MVP" award. When she is not crunching numbers or working with her teams, Allison can be found singing and dancing around the office. She is definitely not typical, but they wouldn't have it any other way.
