Kathryn Grant

Kathryn Grant is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and structural design. Currently serving as a Project Leader at Schaefer since February 2008, Kathryn supports staff development, manages project costs through effective planning, and fosters strong client relationships. Previous roles at Schaefer include Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, where responsibility involved overseeing teams, ensuring project compliance, and delivering high-quality results. Prior to Schaefer, Kathryn worked as a Structural Engineer at Brown and Caldwell, focusing on the design of environmental structures. Kathryn holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (Structural) from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Structural) from Louisiana State University.
