Schaefer
Robert Rogers, PE, SE, currently serves as Principal and Senior Project Manager and Vice President at Schaefer since December 2014, having previously held various managerial and project management roles within the same company from October 2004 to December 2012. Prior to Schaefer, Robert worked as Chief Structural Engineer at LWC Incorporated from 2002 to 2004, and as Construction Administrator and Senior Structural Engineer at AM Kinney Inc. from 2001 to 2002. Robert began their career at Woolpert as Project Manager from 1998 to 2001, and served as Senior Structural Engineer at AM Kinney Inc. from 1997 to 1998. Earlier experience includes the role of Facilities Engineer at Lockheed Martin from 1992 to 1997. Robert holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from Ohio University, earned between 1986 and 1991.
