Richard Niedbalski

Richard Niedbalski has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, having worked at Schaeffer Mfg. Company since 1984. Starting as a Grease Maker and later serving as Grease Department Manager, Richard transitioned to the role of Plant Manager from 1984 to 2012. Since December 2012, Richard has held the position of Vice President-Production, demonstrating a strong commitment to production management and operational excellence throughout a nearly four-decade career with the company.
