Bettina Spickelmier

Bettina Spickelmier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement and supplier management, currently serving as the Director of Procurement, Supplier Quality & Supplier Development at Schaeffler since September 2013. Key responsibilities include team development, ensuring KPI compliance, and overseeing supplier quality. Previously, Bettina worked as a Purchasing Manager for the Industrial Business Unit, managing all industrial purchases for the NAFTA region and driving technical cost savings.
