Dr. Marko Lenhart

Dr. Marko Lenhart林浩 has extensive experience in lean management and production systems, currently serving as the Director of the Schaeffler Production System & Lean Management for the Industrial Division at Schaeffler since October 2008. Prior roles include Head of Lean Management for Bearing & Components Technologies and Manager of Executive Board Projects, where Dr. Lenhart focused on implementing strategic lean concepts and managing production segments. Additional experience includes a position as Production Manager and roles at the plant level overseeing lean management efforts. Prior to joining Schaeffler, Dr. Lenhart worked as a Research Associate at Technische Universität Darmstadt, managing industrial consulting projects. Academic qualifications include a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt, along with a language certificate from Nanjing University.
