Monika Rita Pietrzyk

Monika Rita Pietrzyk has extensive experience within Schaeffler, having held various leadership roles since January 2009, including Vice President of Leadership, Talent Development, Recruitment, and Schaeffler Academy for the Europe region, as well as Director of Leadership, Talent Management, and Schaeffler Academy for the Americas. Additionally, Monika served as HRD for Global Management Development and SP HR L&D - AP EDP DC Program Manager. Prior to this, Monika completed an internship at Schaeffler Asia Pacific HQ in early 2008. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Political Science from Akademia Swiętokrzyska im. Jana Kochanowskiego w Kielcach, an AP in Market Management from Aarhus University, and additional studies at Harvard University and Hult Ashridge Executive Education. Monika is currently enrolled at Yale School of Management for further education in 2024.
