Nilesh Rajput

Nilesh Rajput serves as the Head of Sales for the Business Division Bearings at Schaeffler since January 2022, following a decade-long tenure as Head of Sales for the Business Division Chassis at Schaeffler India Ltd. from April 2012 to December 2021. Nilesh began his career at Sanden Vikas India Ltd. as a Customer Support Engineer from February 1999 to July 2004, subsequently progressing to a Key Account Customer Support role at Tata Toyo Radiator Ltd. from July 2004 to November 2005, and then serving as Deputy Manager of Technical Sales at NRB Bearings Ltd. from December 2005 to April 2012. Nilesh holds an MBA in Marketing Management from MIT Pune (2012-2013), a graduation degree in Industrial Engineering from Mumbai University (2006-2010), and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic Khamgaon (1994-1999).
