Poo Jiuan Eng

Poo Jiuan Eng serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for APAC at Schaeffler since September 2021. Prior roles include Regional HR Director at Baker Hughes, overseeing HR leadership across multiple countries in the Asia-Pacific region, and Regional HR Business Partner at GE Power, managing HR support for a sizable workforce. Poo also held positions as HR Manager at Pratt & Whitney - Eagle Services Asia, Human Resources Consultant at Action Consulting and Training, Assistant Manager of Human Resources at SIA Engineering Company, and Human Resources Executive at the Ministry of National Development Singapore. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration specializing in Human Capital Management from Nanyang Technological University, a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from the Singapore Institute of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the National University of Singapore.
