Roberto Henkel

Roberto Henkel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digitalization and operations within the automotive and industrial sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Digitalization & Operations IT at Schaeffler since August 2006. Prior roles at Schaeffler include Director of Digitalization Operations, Segment Manager for Precision Bearings, Assistant to the COO, and Project Manager/Industrial Engineer. Additionally, Roberto has been the Geschäftsführer/General Manager at Schaeffler Digital Solutions GmbH since September 2017. Roberto holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Maschinenbau from DHBW Mannheim and has further pursued education at ESMT Berlin and PFH Private Hochschule Göttingen.
