Shikha Kalesh

Shikha Kalesh is currently involved in corporate supply chain risk management and corporate inbound supply chain at Schaeffler since October 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a project buyer at Heinze Gruppe, focusing on the purchasing of automotive interior and exterior parts from May 2021 to October 2021. Earlier roles at Schaeffler include conducting a master's thesis on supply chain management for engine systems and interning in project purchasing, which entailed managing supplier communications and evaluating offers for belt and drive chain parts. Shikha holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Entrepreneurship, Technology and Management from the University of Twente, a Master of Engineering in Automotive Production Engineering from Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt, and a Bachelor of Technology in Automobile Engineering from Vel Tech Technical University, complemented by a diploma in Automobile Engineering from Sri Ramakrishna Polytechnic College.
