Webster Zhou has a wealth of experience in Total Rewards and Compensation & Benefits, having held leadership roles in various prestigious companies such as Schaeffler, Toll Group, Jabil, Willis Towers Watson, and more. With a background in Statistics from Fudan University, Webster has demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing C&B strategies on both regional and global levels. Webster has also dedicated their time to sharing knowledge as a C&B lecturer with WorldatWork participants in China.
