Stacy Ekholm

Stacy Ekholm, CPM, COS, CRM, CMCA, currently serves as Vice President of Residential Property Management at Schafer Richardson since October 2024. Previously, Stacy held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Norhart, where the focus was on fostering team culture and driving down construction costs to enhance housing affordability. Experience includes roles such as Senior Portfolio Director at StuartCo, overseeing new business development and client satisfaction for a portfolio of properties, and Regional Property Manager at Pinnacle Property Management Services, managing luxury and market-rate communities. Prior to this, Stacy was a Regional Manager for The Goodman Group, LLC and CommonBond Communities, specializing in affordable housing projects and corporate initiatives. Beginning the career at Shelter Corporation as a Senior Property Manager, Stacy developed expertise in managing diverse property types across multiple states.
