Stefanie Sokup

Stefanie (Balsis) Sokup, CPPM, has a strong background in marketing and business development. Stefanie currently holds the position of Director of Marketing at Schafer Richardson, starting in 2023. Prior to their current role, they held various positions at Real Estate Equities, including Lease-Up Project Manager from 2019 to 2022, Vice President of Marketing from 2015 to 2022, and Director of Business Development from 2014 to 2015. Before that, they served as the VP of Marketing at Elite Destination Homes from 2018 to 2020. Stefanie also had an extensive tenure at Village Green, where they worked as the Regional Sales and Marketing Director from 2006 to 2014, Senior Sales Manager from 2006 to 2010, and Sales Consultant from 2006 to 2007. Stefanie also held leadership positions at Young Professionals of Minneapolis as Vice President from 2011 to 2014 and at Downtown Network as Co-Chair from 2011 to 2013.

Stefanie (Balsis) Sokup, CPPM attended the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration. In 2005 to 2006, they pursued a Master's of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Alongside their formal education, they also acquired additional certifications in Leadership and Management from the University of St. Thomas in 2022, Reiki I & II from the Minnesota Reiki Center in 2020, Certified Professional Project Manager (CPPM) from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business in 2019, and Ayurveda from Normandale Community College in 2016.
