Tami Haight

Tami Haight is an experienced Human Resources professional with a significant background in HR management and accounting. Since November 2014, Tami has served as the Director of Human Resources at Schafer Richardson, overseeing the HR department and advising employees, management, and executive staff on HR issues while managing key activities such as employee benefits, recruiting, and policy compliance. Prior to this role, Tami worked as an HR Manager, where responsibilities included administration of HR functions and compliance. Additionally, Tami has been involved in bookkeeping for several small companies since January 2004, and worked at Synergy Builders LLC in accounting services from September 2009 to November 2014.
