Rick Hanestad

Rick Hanestad has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as Sales representative at Schaffer Manufacturing since May 2019. Prior to that, they were a Co-Owner at ServPro of Hayward starting from June 2016. Before that, they co-owned Serv-Pro of Barron, Dunn, & Rusk County's starting from June 2011. Additionally, they worked as a Project Manager at Pro-Cise Fabrication and Machine from December 2011 to March 2019, gaining 19 years of experience in project management for building original equipment parts. Rick also worked as the Operations Manager at Wisconsin Metal Fab, Inc. from June 2006 to December 2011 and as a Project Manager at OEM Fabricators, Inc. from June 1995 to June 2006.

Rick Hanestad attended UW of Wisconsin Stout from 1992 to 2006, where they studied Manufacturing Engineering. In 1992, they also earned an Associate's degree in Applied Welding Technology from Chippewa Valley Technical College.
