Jose Jimenez Pavon

Jose Jimenez Pavon is a Senior Plastic Engineer at Schaffner Group, specializing in tooling and injection molding project management since April 2022. With extensive experience in mold tracking, process optimization, and sustainability, Jose has led several initiatives in plastic engineering. Previously, Jose served as the Head of In-house Injection Molding and Plastics Tooling Project Manager at Premo Group, overseeing tooling management and machinery acquisition. Jose's background includes roles in R&D as a Mechanical Designer and Trainer at various institutions, including Málaga's University and GRUPO PROCAD, focusing on mold design with Solidworks. Jose holds a degree in Smart Manufacturing from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Mold Design from Andaltec and Universidad de Jaén.
