Lena Büter

Lena Bailby is an experienced R&D Engineer and Technical Coordinator at LUXCOS since March 2021, overseeing a team of five and managing internal innovation and development projects, including formulation and packaging sourcing. Previously, Lena worked at Oriflame Cosmetics from March 2017 to February 2021 in various roles, including Formulation Chemist in Colour Technologies, where responsibilities included developing complex color cosmetics and prioritizing sustainable ingredients. Earlier experience includes positions at Coty and Institut de Technologie du Cambodge, along with internships focused on formulation chemistry and clinical testing. Lena holds a Master’s degree in Cosmetic Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Chemistry from the University of Montpellier.
