Maddie Bell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Maddie is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Scheduler AI, a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Procter & Gamble, starting in 2011. At Procter & Gamble, they held several roles, including Brand Manager for Walmart Customer Team, Sr. Assistant Brand Manager for Head & Shoulders, and Assistant Brand Manager for Always. During their time at Procter & Gamble, Maddie was responsible for driving strategic brand building, developing marketing strategies, and collaborating with internal and external partners.

Before joining Procter & Gamble, Maddie had other work experiences such as being the President and Founder of Duke Student Broadcasting, where they transformed the university cable network into a multimedia-broadcasting network. Maddie was also a Certified Personal Trainer at Wilson Gym and a Correspondent for ESPNU Campus Connection. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant for New Sector Alliance, where they focused on growth strategies and revenue streams for the Boston Society of Architects.

Maddie's work experience also includes Co-Founding The Ujamaa Project, an after-school leadership program for at-risk youth, and working as a General Assignments Reporter for the Chattanooga Times Free Press, where they received recognition for their breaking news reporting.
