Caitlin Barge has a strong background in event management and operations. Caitlin began their career as the Assistant Director of Conferences and Retreats at Glorieta Adventure Camps in May 2016. In this role, they successfully planned and led over 70 conferences with attendance up to 2,400 people. Caitlin was responsible for all aspects of event coordination, including hotel accommodations, food service, activities, and audio/visual set up. Caitlin also maintained seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.

In June 2019, Caitlin was promoted to the role of Director of Rental Groups at Glorieta Adventure Camps. Caitlin generated $14.3 million, equivalent to 65% of the annual revenue, while consistently maintaining guest satisfaction. Caitlin developed and optimized organizational systems to boost efficiency and accommodate changing demands.

More recently, Caitlin joined the Scheduling Institute in October 2021 as the Event Logistics Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing event logistics, ensuring everything ran smoothly. In March 2023, they were promoted to the position of Event Director.

Caitlin's work experience showcases their expertise in event planning, operations management, and effective communication. Caitlin has consistently demonstrated their ability to successfully organize and execute large-scale events while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Caitlin Barge attended Mississippi College from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Art Teacher Education.
