Jean Johnson has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jean started their career at Lucent Technologies in 1989 as an Account Executive, where they targeted and secured strategic accounts. In 1996, they joined Octel Communications as a National Account Representative, supporting a national account customer base and managing customer satisfaction. From 2000 to 2002, they worked at Avaya as a Regional Marketing Manager, leading marketing promotions for the small/mid-size business division. Jean then joined Auburn University Montgomery in 2008 as a Proctor/Interviewer. Jean provided administrative support to the North American Human Resources team at Larson-Juhl from 2014 to 2016 as a Human Resources Administrator. Currently, Jean works at the Scheduling Institute as a Business Consultant since December 2018.
