Zachary Kratzer

IT Support Lead at Scheduling Institute

Zachary Kratzer has a strong background in IT support and has worked for various companies throughout their career. Zachary started their career at Apple in 2011 as a Certified Mac Technician, where they focused on providing excellent customer service and technical support. During their time at Apple, they also took on the role of a mentor, teaching their peers how to provide tailored solutions to customers. Zachary then joined Bell Techlogix, Inc. in 2015 as an Apple Technician, responsible for installations, maintenance, and repairs of Apple computers in four school districts.
