Estefania Harbuck

Estefania (Stef) Harbuck is the Vice President of Production at Schell Games, where she manages and mentors producers to be successful in their role of leading teams to deliver creative experiences within realistic constraints of schedule, resources, and budget.

Stef has over 15 years of experience in the entertainment industry with a focus in theme parks, interactive media and games, bespoke platforms, and creative development. Prior to Schell Games, Stef worked for Walt Disney Imagineering for more than 12 years as a Creative Producer, developing and delivering unique experiences for worldwide theme parks, hotels, and cruise ships. Her projects have been honored with Thea Awards for Outstanding Achievement.

She is currently Adjunct Faculty at Carnegie Mellon’s Entertainment Technology Center, from which she holds a Master’s in Entertainment Technology. Stef holds a BS in Computer Science / Art and Art History from Vanderbilt University, in addition to years of student theater production experience.
