Kathryn De Shields-Moon, MFA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in public relations, marketing, communications, and multimedia management. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Multimedia Services Manager for Batts Enterprises, Inc., where they were responsible for managing multimedia services. From 2010 to 2013, they served as a Communications Specialist at Portfolio Recovery Associates, Inc., overseeing internal communications and assisting with press releases and executive updates. During this time, they also worked as the primary communications point of contact for all departments.

Kathryn later transitioned to the role of Social Media Manager, where they monitored and managed multiple social media accounts while organizing events to establish community ties and build company awareness.

In 2017, Kathryn took on the role of Marketing Specialist at Novy Unlimited, where they were responsible for social media planning, research, copywriting, and community management for video games and Novy Unlimited's corporate accounts.

In 2018, Kathryn joined Skillshot Media as a Senior Esports Community Specialist, and later as a PR & Partnerships Manager. As the Senior Esports Community Specialist, they utilized their expertise in building and managing communities. In their role as PR & Partnerships Manager, they maintained relationships with partner and sponsor companies while organizing and managing Esports Summit ATL, a B2B Esports Conference.

Most recently, in 2020, Kathryn joined Schell Games as a Public Relations Manager. In this role, they are responsible for managing public relations activities for the company.
