Ziyad Duron

Ziyad Duron has a diverse work experience across various industries. Ziyad is currently working at Schell Games as an Advanced Designer since February 2023. Before that, they worked as a Game Designer from December 2021 to February 2023 and as a Design Fellow from June 2021 to December 2021 at the same company.

In 2021, Ziyad worked as a Web Coordinator at the Minnesota Association for College Admission Counseling starting from October.

Ziyad has also been involved in entrepreneurship, as they co-founded Chef Party LLC in January 2019 and continues to have an active role in the company.

Ziyad has experience as a Freelance Web Developer, having worked on self-employed projects since January 2018.

In 2022, Ziyad worked as a User Experience Design Consultant at Sophia Fiori from January to August.

During their time at Cornell University, Ziyad had several roles including Game Design Research Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Bus Stop Live Data Team member, and Undergraduate Research Assistant. These positions were held between 2016 and 2019.

Additionally, Ziyad had an internship as a Design Intern at Schell Games from May to August 2018.

Ziyad Duron's education history begins with their high school diploma, which they received from The Webb Schools in the years 2011 to 2015. Following this, Ziyad attended Cornell University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Information Science. During their time at Cornell, Ziyad also pursued a second Bachelor's degree in Information Science. Ziyad continued their academic journey at New York University from 2019 to 2021, where they completed a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Game Design. Thus, Ziyad Duron has a strong educational background in Information Science and Game Design.
