Jo Heirman

Jo Heirman is a Partner and shareholder at Schelstraete Delacourt Associates since March 2012, specializing in the recruitment, selection, and assessment of Director and C-level positions across various industries with a focus on Consumer Goods and international assignments. Jo Heirman also serves as Head of Europe Consumer & Retail Practice at InterSearch, contributing to a prominent center of expertise within the organization. Previous roles include Client Partner and Executive Search Consultant, and earlier research positions supporting a Partner in executive searches. Jo Heirman holds multiple degrees in Linguistics and Literature from Ghent University, completed a PhD in Classics at the University of Amsterdam, and participated as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Oxford.
