Additional roles include Partner at Somerset Capital Partners and various senior positions at Royal FloraHolland, including COO, where responsibilities encompassed operations, facility management, and supply chain management. Marcel's career began at Steel Logistics Europe and TDG, where Marcel excelled in leadership and operational roles. Educational qualifications include an MSc and BSc in Industrial Management from the University of Twente and a BSc in Applied Physics from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
