Birgit Ulrich

Birgit Ulrich is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in administrative and executive support roles, particularly in the logistics and trade sectors. Currently serving as Assistant to the SVP of Global Trade Management and SVP of Global Ocean Freight Operations at DB Schenker since February 2019, Birgit has also held the position of Executive Assistant to the EVP of Global Ocean Freight. Prior experience includes serving as Vorstandsassistentin at Oaklins Germany and working in personal development at R+V Versicherung. With foundational experience as an Außenhandelskauffrau at Dole Europe GmbH, Birgit's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Ethnology from the University of Hamburg and a degree in Business Administration from VWA Hamburg/AVANS Hoogeschool, complemented by vocational training in International Business Management.
