Rahim Jiva

Rahim Jiva is a seasoned professional in the logistics and freight forwarding industry, bringing extensive experience from various leadership roles. At DB Schenker, from September 2019 to February 2023, Rahim served as the Regional Head of Ocean Commodities for the Middle East & Africa, as well as held positions as Head of Ocean Freight & GPIS, and Head of Fairs, Removals & Exhibitions in Kenya & East Africa, focusing on sales strategy and international transport. Prior to that, from January 2013 to August 2019, Rahim held multiple roles at Freight Forwarders Kenya Limited, including International Freight Forwarding Manager and Business Development Manager, emphasizing sales strategy and key performance indicators. Earlier experience includes working as a Project Coordinator and Assistant to the Financial Controller at ESHASPS from September 2009 to August 2011. Rahim's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Forensic Accounting & Corporate Finance from the United States International University - Africa and a diploma in Bookkeeping & IT from Coast College of Commerce.
