Matthew Bernarding is an experienced research analyst currently employed at Scherzer International since September 2022. Prior involvement includes positions as a Graduate Student Cybersecurity Analyst and a Graduate Student Cybersecurity Consultant at the NWPA Innovation Beehive Network from August 2023 to May 2024. Matthew also worked as a Government Information Security Intern at the Software Engineering Institute | Carnegie Mellon University from May 2019 to May 2022 and served as a Student Analyst for the Johns Hopkins FOCUS Project at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory in early 2020. Academically, Matthew is pursuing a Master of Science in Cybersecurity at Mercyhurst University, having previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in Intelligence Studies from the same institution, as well as a high school diploma from North Allegheny High School.
