Ioana Norgren

Head Of Product For Data Foundations at Schibsted

Ioana Norgren is a seasoned professional in product management and data strategy, currently serving as the Head of Product for Data Foundations at Schibsted since July 2022. Previously, Ioana held roles including Adtechnology Manager and interim Product Manager at NTM Media, as well as Data Enabler and Head of Data at Schibsted, where significant contributions were made towards data collaboration in advertising. Prior to Schibsted, Ioana worked at Adform as Audience Solutions Lead and Platform Solution Manager - Technical, providing strategic consultancy and technical support. Early career experience includes roles at PayPal in consumer engagement marketing, the Romanian Cultural Institute as a photographer, and AIESEC in human resources. Ioana holds a Master of Science in Marketing from Stockholm University and a Bachelor's degree in PR and Communication from the University of Bucharest.
