Hamutal (Tula) Schieber has a long and varied work experience. In 2001, they began their career as a Project Manager & Business Development Director and Competitive Intelligence Analyst at Infolink Ltd. In 2005, they were an Intern in Commercial Law at Eitan, Mehulal, Pappo, Kugler and an Intern in Intellectual Property Law at Tony Greenman, Adv. In 2006, they became the VP Research & CI at Infolink. From 2007 to 2009, they were the Senior VP, Research & Competitive Intelligence at Shaked Ventures. In 2009, they founded Schieber Research and became the Founder & CEO. In 2019, they became an official member and Author of the Forbes Agency Council. Finally, in 2022, they began volunteering as a judge and mentor for MassChallenge Switzerland, examining sustainable technology, food tech, and climate solutions.

Hamutal (Tula) Schieber's education history includes a LLB (J.D equivalent) in Law from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2000 and 2004, and prior to that they attended the Israeli Arts & Sciences Academy between 1996 and 1999.
