Emil Leonczak

Emil Leonczak is an experienced Operations Development Manager in the steel sector at Schiedel International since October 2022. Previously, Emil held the position of Technology & Quality Manager at Schiedel Polska, focusing on engineering, product design, quality processes, and new product development from January 2021 to September 2022. Emil has a robust background in quality management and engineering, having served as Technical & Quality Manager at Ontop Polska for over a decade, where responsibilities included leadership in engineering and quality control as well as CAPEX and KPI processes. Emil began the career as a Production Engineer, contributing to product development and technology processes. Academically, Emil holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Lodz University of Technology and an Engineer's degree in Material Science from the Technical University of Liberec, along with postgraduate studies at Lodz University of Technology.
