Tim Baier

Tim start­ed his career at Schild­berg Con­struc­tion Com­pa­ny sell­ing aglime in 1987. He lat­er worked his way up to sales man­ag­er in 2001. Now, Tim over­sees all sales depart­ment activ­i­ties and leads Schild­berg Construction’s efforts in DOT and large project bids. He also man­ages their per­son­nel in the scale hous­es at all their locations.

Tim enjoys work­ing with cus­tomers and val­ues the rela­tion­ships he has devel­oped over the years. He is heav­i­ly involved in sev­er­al trade asso­ci­a­tions and cur­rent­ly serves as Pres­i­dent of the Iowa Lime­stone Pro­duc­ers Asso­ci­a­tion, as well as an active mem­ber of the Green­field Devel­op­ment Board.
