Elizabeth Schiller

Elizabeth Schiller has had a long and varied career in the retail industry. Elizabeth began their career in 2004 as a Regional Director for Anthropologie. In 2011, they moved to BHLDN/Anthropologie Weddings as the Director of Stores. In 2012, they took on the role of Director of Wholesale Merchandising and Retail Development for Free People. Elizabeth then joined Nike in 2013 as the Senior Director of Stores, North America, NFS, leading a $2.3B DTC business in the US. In 2015, they took on the role of Vice President of Customer Experience and Retail for ModCloth. In 2019, they moved to Caliva as the SVP/Head of Retail. Elizabeth currently holds two roles, Founder of AIRO Coaching and Board Advisor & Chief Strategy Consultant for Schiller Bikes. At AIRO Coaching, they are a Certified Executive & Wellness Coach specializing in leadership performance, clarity, communication, career and wellness transformation for individuals and groups.

Elizabeth Schiller holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in marketing and accounting from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business. In 2021, they obtained a BECI Coaching Certification from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Elizabeth is also a Certified Executive Coach from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and a Certified Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher from the School of Positive Transformation.
