Brad Hill has extensive experience in the beverage industry, currently serving as the Director of Beverage Creation at Schilling Cider since May 2017, where notable achievements include hiring and retaining a strong team conducive to a friendly company culture. Previously at Schilling Cider, Brad held the position of Director of Production, focusing on supplier relationships and team advocacy, and served as Head Cidermaker, overseeing the cider fermentation process and quality assurance. Prior experience includes a role as Junior Process Engineer at Out of the Box Manufacturing from February 2013 to December 2016, where Brad gained comprehensive knowledge of the electronic manufacturing process and held various engineering titles, culminating in the Junior Process Engineer role.

In 1881, Colin Schilling’s Great-Great-Grandfather, August, founded the Schilling Spice Company in San Francisco. His goal was to bring pure, natural spices to everyone at a fair price. Today, we carry August’s core values forward and pair them with innovative cider-making techniques. All our ciders are handcrafted in the Pacific Northwest. We use only 100% fresh-pressed apples, locally sourced ingredients, and individually hand-selected yeast strains to create a cider experience that is truly unique.
