Eric Phillips is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Sales Officer at Schilling Cider, LLC since 2015, after holding the position of Regional Sales Manager at the same company from July 2013 to August 2014. In this role, Eric oversees distribution and growth initiatives for Schilling Cider in Texas. Prior experience includes serving as a Middle School Spanish Teacher at Judson Middle School from July 2010 to September 2013, where Eric focused on language education and life skills, and as a Wrestling Coach at the same school, promoting sportsmanship and wrestling fundamentals. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Linfield University, with additional studies at CC-CS Sevilla and Oslo and Akershus University College. Eric also held the position of ISU President at Høgskolen i Oslo during the academic year 2008-2009.
Schilling Cider
In 1881, Colin Schilling’s Great-Great-Grandfather, August, founded the Schilling Spice Company in San Francisco. His goal was to bring pure, natural spices to everyone at a fair price. Today, we carry August’s core values forward and pair them with innovative cider-making techniques. All our ciders are handcrafted in the Pacific Northwest. We use only 100% fresh-pressed apples, locally sourced ingredients, and individually hand-selected yeast strains to create a cider experience that is truly unique.
