Gilgian Eisner is a seasoned executive search professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Since March 2014, Gilgian has served as Partner and Practice Leader at Schilling Partners Executive Search, focusing on the recruitment of top management positions and specialist roles. Prior to this, Gilgian held the position of Head of Investor and Media Relations at DKSH, managing global communication efforts from December 2012 to February 2014. Gilgian also contributed to Johnson & Johnson as the DePuy/Synthes Merger Integration Lead for EMEA and held key roles at DePuy Synthes, including Head of Investor & Media Relations and Group Product Manager. Gilgian began the professional career at Accenture as an Associate and had an internship at the Bank of the West. Gilgian holds a Master’s degree in Marketing, Organization & Leadership, and Health Economics from the University of Basel, obtained between 1994 and 1999.
