Florencia Cirio

Florencia Cirio has had diverse work experiences throughout their career. Florencia started their professional journey in 2004 as the owner of Delivery Sano, a family business dedicated to the sale and distribution of organic and natural food. From 2007 to 2012, they worked as an Executive Assistant at Estudio Jurídico Exposito y Conde, where they managed secretarial duties and client interactions. In 2007, they also began working as a Legal Counsel at Valvoline, focusing on drafting and monitoring administrative proceedings.

In 2012, Florencia ventured into the field of international trade and legal practice as a Supply Chain Analyst at DuPont. Their responsibilities included managing stock and plant inventories and handling import/export operations. Additionally, they served as a Legal Intern at DuPont, where they dealt with various aspects of commercial, labor, and international law.

In 2014, Florencia joined Ascensores Schindler S.A. (Argentina) as part of the Legal & Marketing team. Florencia provided in-house legal advice and supervised external legal studies. Their role also involved coordinating the Fulfillment department and overseeing administrative aspects of new installations and modernizations.

In 2017, Florencia transitioned to the role of Communication & Adoption Manager at Schindler Group, where they developed communication strategies and activities to drive awareness and adoption of technology within the workforce and business. Florencia also served as a Lead Communication & Adoption SIS, focusing on internal and external communication to reposition Schindler IT Services as the preferred IT service.

From 2019 to 2020, Florencia participated in the Strategic Team Challenge at Schindler Group, where they researched and resolved strategic priorities related to improving service technicians' mobility while reducing costs and CO2 emissions.

Most recently, in 2020, Florencia assumed the role of Head of IoEE (Internet of Elevators and Escalators) at Schindler Deutschland. Their responsibilities include transforming elevators and escalators into communication platforms through product adaptation, commercial strategy definition, and budget management.
