Florencia Cirio has had diverse work experiences throughout their career. Florencia started their professional journey in 2004 as the owner of Delivery Sano, a family business dedicated to the sale and distribution of organic and natural food. From 2007 to 2012, they worked as an Executive Assistant at Estudio Jurídico Exposito y Conde, where they managed secretarial duties and client interactions. In 2007, they also began working as a Legal Counsel at Valvoline, focusing on drafting and monitoring administrative proceedings.

Most recently, in 2020, Florencia assumed the role of Head of IoEE (Internet of Elevators and Escalators) at Schindler Deutschland. Their responsibilities include transforming elevators and escalators into communication platforms through product adaptation, commercial strategy definition, and budget management.
