Andreas Bosnjak

Andreas Bosnjak has a work experience spanning over several years. Andreas started their career at Siemens Management Consulting as a Senior Manager in Recruiting & People Development in October 2007 and held this position until September 2011. From October 2011 to September 2013, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Siemens Management Consulting. Andreas then moved to Siemens, where they served as the Head of Talent Marketing from October 2013 to December 2014. After that, they took on the role of Director of Senior Talent Development Programs at Siemens from January 2015 to December 2016.

In 2017, Andreas Bosnjak joined the Schindler Group as the Global Head of Talent Attraction. Andreas held this position until June 2019 when they were promoted to Director of Human Resources Europe North. Andreas worked in this role until October 2022 and then transitioned to the position of Human Resources Director in Germany at Schindler Group from September 2022 to August 2023. Currently, Andreas Bosnjak holds the position of Global Head of Talent & Development at Schindler Group, which they started in October 2022.

Andreas Bosnjak obtained an INSEAD Coaching Certificate through executive education at INSEAD from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Business Administration with a double major in Human Resources and Finance at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt from 2002 to 2007.
