Julie Monnoyer-Santolaria

Julie Monnoyer-Santolaria is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Head of HR for Europe South, Middle East, and Africa at Schindler Group since March 2024. Prior to this role, Julie held the position of Human Resources Director for EMEA & America’s at La Prairie Switzerland from July 2021 to March 2024. Julie's extensive career includes significant roles at Kellogg Company, where responsibilities spanned various HR leadership positions including HRD for Continental Europe & High Growth Markets, HRD for the Snacks category, and HR Transformation for Europe. Earlier experience includes HR management roles at Dexia Technology Services, Sogeti, and BASE (Telenet Group), showcasing a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and HR strategic projects. Julie holds a solid educational foundation with qualifications from Ichec Brussels Management School, Cours Melius, and the Institut Supérieur de Traduction & Interprétariat.
