Nitin Yamgar

Nitin Yamgar is an experienced professional in global learning and human resources, currently serving as Lead Global Learning at Schindler Group since February 2021 and previously as Sr. Global Learning Solutions Expert. Prior experience includes roles at Schindler India from December 2017 to January 2021, focusing on Learning Management System (LMS) support, and at Tata Motors as a Senior Team Member in HR, L&D, and MIS. Nitin started a career at Rathi Transpower Pvt. Ltd. in talent acquisition and campus recruitment, after a brief period as a Management Trainee HR at Sela Technology Solutions. Nitin holds an MBA in HR from the Progressive Education Society’s Modern Institute of Business Management, Pune, along with a B.Sc. in Computers and an educational background from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
