Renato Finoti

Renato Finoti has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Renato currently serves as the Group Vice President and Head of Operations at Schindler Group since July 2020. Prior to this role, they were the Group Vice President and Head of New Installations Business at Schindler Group from January 2018 to July 2020.

In addition, Renato has held positions at other notable companies such as ABIMAQ - Associação Brasileira da Indústria de Máquinas e Equipamentos, where they are currently the Director starting from August 2022.

Before that, they were a Seed Investor at Solarian Energy, a renewable solar energy company involved in the entire value chain of distributed generation projects, from feasibility studies to contract performance management.

Renato also served as an Advisory Board Member at Gimi and held various roles at Veela Energia, including Co-Owner, Chief Commercial Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer. Veela Energia specializes in manufacturing energy storage systems and providing backup power during grid outages.

Prior to their roles at Veela Energia, Renato worked as the Group Vice President of the Energy Business Unit at Schneider Electric from January 2014 to June 2016. Renato also held significant positions at ABB, including Group Vice President of the Mining Business Unit from August 2011 to December 2013, Group Vice President and Global Account Executive Petrobras from January 2006 to August 2011, and General Sales Manager from December 2002 to January 2006.

Renato'searly career includes a role as Sales Manager at Voith Siemens from August 1998 to June 2000. Overall, Renato Finoti's work experience showcases their expertise in operations management, new installations business, energy, mining, sales, and leadership roles across different industries.

Renato Finoti has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia, which they obtained from 1993 to 1997. Renato also completed an MBA in Business Management at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2004 to 2005. In addition, they pursued extended education in Business Management at IMD in 2010.
