Aarati Jadhav is a seasoned sales and business development professional with extensive experience in the engineering sector. Currently serving as Sales Manager and previously as Business Development Manager at Schindler India since March 2019, Aarati excels in market penetration, customer relationship management, and post-order management. Prior experience includes roles as Account Manager and Senior Account Executive at Schindler India, where responsibilities included identifying sales opportunities, meeting profit targets, and managing customer needs. Earlier, Aarati held the position of Business Line Manager at Nexus Pneumatics Pvt Ltd, focusing on customer business analysis and product launch strategies. Additionally, as Product Manager at Christiani Sharpline Technical Training, expertise was developed in designing training programs for CNC programming and metal technology.
